My wife's LCD on her reality is black. I need to hook her phone to the PC and access the pics and vids..She had no memory card in it...But since i cant see the screen I dont know where or what keys to press to enable the phone to hook to my computer..Can someone try on theirs if there are keyboard keys i can press to enable the USB storage?

Unfortunately, the keyboard only gets to the messaging menu and contacts menu.
