Hi I just got the Reality phone and I'm trying to load music & photos in from my computer using Windows Media. It shows that everything loads in, but all I can find in my phone is the music & not the photos. Please help! Thanks!

Gypsymama,

For uploading photos to your phone, you'll need to put the phone in USB mass storage mode. Click on Menu, Settings and Tools, Tools, plug the phone into your computer with the usb cable, then click on USB Mass Storage on the Tools menu. You'll then be able to open your phone's memory card as a removable drive in Windows Explorer, and upload photos to the my_pix folder. Then click Disconnect on the phone, and unplug it from your computer.

I hope that helps.

Hmmmm it sort of worked. 3 of about 15 pics loaded in, the rest are showing up a no image error message. I wonder if the file size is too big on those ones. I will try to remove them & make them smaller. Thank you very much for your help Smiley Greatly appreciated!!!

yes it is possible to connect with mac (i've done it myself).  the instructions in the manual are correct, check their first.  they do not differ between the two platforms.

I understand to do this I have to go to Settings & Tools, Tools, then USB Mass storage...BUT, how do I do this without a card?  I know I have enough space on my phone for a picture that I want on there.
Thank you!!!! Grin

it appears that you need a card to enable USB mass storage.  they only cost about $10...

Ohh, I was not aware they were that cheap.  I'm used to having a piece of a phone that is a billion years old. Thanks!
