As of yesterday evening I noticed my Reality's touchscreen is not responding. Powering off and on does not change the problem.
I can open the phones QWERTY and the screen rotates but still does not allow touch interaction.

Yesterday, I noticed during a call, maybe the lat one made, something about bluetooth was activated, I could not tell, but the phone beeped and buzzed during the call and as I looked Bluetooth was enabled.
(I know bluetooth is not the problem but am just giving the facts before the problem occurred.)

Any thoughts would be helpful!

Have you tried recalibrating your touch screen to see if that helps?..Menu, settings and tools, touch settings, calibration.

i dont think he can do that because it sounds like its not detecting him touching the screen at all


try taking the battery out and holding the powerbutton (try to turn it on with the battery out) to drain the circuits of any residual power in the system, then put the battery back and turn it on again see if that fixes it
