I downloaded a few games from verizon and the volume is soo loud.  I tried everything but cannot find the key to turn down the volume.  My kids play it and i swear they might go deaf it being so loud,  can anyone help

should be able to control the phone's volume from the rocker on the side of the phone - otherwise, mute it or have them put headphones on...
