Hi, my name is April. I have an upgrade fro my phone that I HAVE to use so my bother can get my phone(his is damaged).
I'm thinking about getting the Samsung Reality, actually got my attention more than the other free upgrade phones.
I was wondering two things
1) with Verizon(which i have) the $10 data plan is all that is needed
right? I have the enV3 now and that data plan is allowed. I never exceed the 25mg because... well there's a computer in my room, fbook texts me, and I'm a teenage girl, what on the internet is THAT important that I really need the internet all the time on my phone.
2) Ive heard the phone sometimes freezes? is that applicable for everyone? I kind of assumed not, and for the some of the people, its probably because they don't close the programs properly as was needed for one of my previous phones I had which was an HTC.

correct, the $10/month data plan is required for this phone, and includes the 25MB/month (including the e-mail app).  this is the only extra payment required.

not sure what you do for your texting plan (being a teenage girl, I imagine that you text about 1,000 times a week).

regarding the freezing, all phones have freezing issues.

if you want a phone with a touch screen, slide-out keyboard, and do not need to "surf" the web, then this is the phone for you.  however, keep in mind that this phone is now more than a year old, and Samsung is likely concentrating on their smartphones for support, improvements, etc.  so I would choose carefully.  also keep in mind that VZW now charges just $15/month for their dataplan for smartphones.

unfortunatly this phone is no longer an upgrade option with verizon.  They do not have it on the shelves anymore.
