I have a verizon samsung reality with a broken inner screen and waswondering if its still possible to transfer my contacts to my new phone before I activate it I can hardly see anything on the screen? thanks for your time.

i am having the same type of problem only i dunno if its the inner screen thats broken i cant see what im doing and i was wondering if there was a recall for the reality. and to switch your contacts all u need to do is run backup assistance on the new phone right?

no, you will need to run the backup assistant on the current phone (this uploads your contacts online, and then allows you to download them later).

no recalls for the reality, but if you cannot backup your contacts, someone at an authorized VZW store can (sometimes they charge $10, but if you ask nicely, they'll do it for free).
