I plug my phone into my laptop and hit media-sync mode, and windows wedia player comes up, but i cant get my itunes songs, accept two preloaded itunes songs. i need help.

you have import the songs to your windows media player library first.

Or you can also buy a micro SD card reader. Pluggging your phone's micro SD card (assuming you have one) to the computer causes the "Removable Disk E" message to appear. Then simply chose open folder and go to my music. If the music you want to put on to your phone isn't a certain format (such as .wav) a converter must be put into play so that the phone can read the music.

 Sounds a lot more complicated than it really is. Smiley Not to worry, though. I have a bunch of music on my phone and it works amazing.

I just click and drag itunes music files to a new music folder that isn't related to itunes and then plug my phone into the computer with the usb cable and "autoplay" pops up and  I click open folder to view files... then I simply copy all the selected songs in the non itunes folder and paste them into my phone's "my music" folder.
