VERY low volume through headphone jack

I haven't had that problem when using the headphones, but I do when plugged into the aux jack in my car. I've used the headphones for both movies and music, and it's plenty loud enough through the headphones. Is the volume as low when listening to music through the media player? Are you using headphones, or are you talking about the speaker on the back of the phone?

    What are you using for headphone/earbuds???  I use the earbuds from my Ipod and its plenty loud even if i listen to Classical.......   Actually has decent bass response tooo, better then the Env I previously had...

Earbuds and headphones will give you hearing loss just the same if you play them at too high of a sound pressure level.  Rock concerts can do the same thing, even though you're 100 feet from the speakers.  I would say that the large drivers in the Sony headset doesn't have as high as a sensitivity as a set of earbuds, meaning that the Sony headphones aren't as loud as earbuds when pushing the same wattage to them.  There's also a probability that the studiophones have too low of an impedance for the amp in the Reality.  If you want to use your studiophones with the Reality, try buying a battery powered headphone amp that will play the signal from the Reality amplified to your headphones.
