This is probably a very dumb question and easy to fix.

What do I have to do to turn up the ring volume?  I have the master volume on 5, it makes the clicking sounds when navigating the phone, but when I try to pick a stock ring tone or when someone calls, I hear nothing.  Does anyone know how to fix?

Well, I was just trying to help out a co-worker, but nobody seems to know or want to help.  I actually own an EVO and would never waste my money on the Reality.  Also, what's the deal with everyone on here being obsessed with ringtones?!  ...I recommend getting an EVO and dumping this piece of crap phone.

The EVO is in a completely different class of phone and its on sprint.
