NEED HELP! How To Add MP3 Ringtones Via Bluetooth? (Windows Vista ONLY)

I have checked all over the forums and I notice how vague you guys explain about the whole bluetooth connection and successfully adding those mp3 ringtones to this damn phone that I'm hating so much now.

Please, please help me by explaining every step necessary in order to make it happen via bluetooth (NO MAC, Just on WINDOWS VISTA); Including how to access the internal memory of the phone, how to NOT have that damn "file access denied" crap, everything.

I have been trying to find a way to add mp3 ringtones via bluetooth this all day and its becoming really frustrating, please help.
