I have an old Motorola ear piece that sucks on this phone. it wont even work right unless i turn the phone off and on.

and it falls off my head when i turn quickly.

what is the best blue tooth ear piece just for making calls and stuff. i dont need or want to listen to music with it.

depends.  if you must have an earpiece (meaning that you will use outside of your car), then look no further than plantronics.

if you want a device just for your car, then I highly recommend the Jabra SP700.  it's a great spreakerphone  that clips to your visor.
