Mobile Email Alert Issues

I've been doing a lot of searching and couldn't find any discussions about this, so I have to ask you guys for help.  At work I like to keep my phone out on my desk but leave it on silent so it doesn't disturb those around me.  So I have the general sound settings as "All Sounds Off" which works fine with texts and almost everything else.  The one thing that isn't ever silent is when I receive Mobile Email notifications of a new email arriving in my inbox.  Anytime I get a new email my phone vibrates no matter what settings I try.  And there doesn't seem to be any option for the alert sound in the actual app settings.

I've had plenty of issues with the Mobile Email app before (previous versions used to reset my phone, etc.), but now this is the only problem I've been having with it (knock on wood).  Is there any way to turn off the email vibrate?  Or should I just turn off the email notifications altogether?

you can also turn off the alerts in the Settings for that email account, you have to log in to the email account to get the Settings in that menu. You can set the alert to always, during certain hours, or never.

You can't change which sound it is as far as I have been able to find, though.
