I downloaded Vcast song ID but I can't find it anymore. When I go to download it again it says it's already on my phone and it let's me open it. Whwn I close it I can't find it again?  ? |

Here is where it probably is. Go to menu, media center, music & tones, get new ringtones.
That is where mine is. Why it is there I don't know

that is so weird. I helped a friend put song ID on her phone(LG Dare, but more or less same menu system) and it was immediately on the browse & download menu. After restarting the phone it was gone. But sure enough it was in the get new ringtones!

I had the same problem. Don't thank me. It was another member who told me where to look. I tried to find the post so I could give that person credit. I believe it was stlcfan but I could be wrong. I would say 80% of what I know about this phone I learned from other members. Im here alot so I'm able to pass the word along.

i was just on the phone with verizon wireless for roughly an hour and we figured out what the issue was. if you have a memory card in your reality, go to menu/tools & settings/memory and then to move all to phone then yes. next make sure that everything switched over to your phone so you don't lose anything. once you've done this go to menu/tools & settings/memory then to format card and format it. then go to your menu/media center/music & tones then get new ringtones and it should show the V CAST Song ID App as a broken file (in the left corner) as long as it does click the red >> arrows and it will take you to options such as view properties, lock, remove, move to card and upgrade check. you want to go to remove, i'm not sure if it was just my phone but it power cycled itself after it deleted it so i went back into it and removed it again and it was totally gone. finally, i took my memory card out and went back and redownloaded it, this time it saved it to the phone like it should have to begin with and there was no other issues. once you do that you can go back into menu/settings & tools/memory/phone memory and move your pictures, videos, sounds, etc back to your card and all should work fine. i hope this works for you all, i know it's been a pain in the butt for me but mine is now working fine again.

I had vcast on my reality, it came already on the phone and the phone got wrecked so i got a new one. But my new reality does not have it. How does one go about getting it downloaded? Any help would be great!

My old reality had a app (i think its an app) that would let you put yer phone up to some music playing on a radio and the phone would tell you what the song is and who sings it and stuff. i want to get it on my current reality if possible
