I downloaded the weatherbug app.  It's not bad....I like it.  I created a shortcut with the favorite apps widget so I can run it one touch.  It will show you current conditions with a today and tonight forecast that you can tap for more detail.  Then you can choose a 7 day forecast for which you can tap into each day for full details.  It also has radar and weather maps.  However, the downside is the 2.99 a month.  Don't know if I will keep it or not, but I'll test it out for at least this month.

I was wondering how you created the shortcut - please advise.  Thank you.

menu/settings&tools/display settings/widgets/turn on My Shortcuts
From main screen, drag my shortcut widget to off the bar and it will open....click on Set....then click on  + button to add a shortcut.
Scroll down to find the app that you installed and click on it.
It will now show on your front screen as one of your favorite widget links that you can run with one touch.
Hope this helps.
