I've experienced this on two different u370 units.

While I'm on a call, sometimes I'll have a need to put the call on speakerphone for a bit and then turn the speakerphone off and continue the call using the earpiece. But this has a temporary adverse affect on the voice quality for the duration of the call -- the affect is that there is distortion in the voice coming through the earpiece that was not there prior to turning on the speakerphone; another odd affect/consequence is that the volume of the voice through the earpiece is louder. If I hang up and then call the other person, both the voice quality and voice volume through the earpiece are back to normal.

This temporary affect so far occurs regardless of my physical location and occurs regardless of the location of the person with whom I'm talking.

I'm curious if this glitch occurs on anyone else's Reality or u370.

I have not experienced that yet.  but I can see how that might be an issue if the mic still thinks it's on speakerphone, but the earpiece does not.
