The first problem i have is that the three start screens keep going back to the default pictures. i have a bunch of pictures on a memory card. and i have all three screen setup with pictures of my kids, dogs, or whatever. and every now and then they are gone.

Why is this happening? do i need a new card? maybe it is loose is all i can think of.

another problem i have is that the touch screen sometimes will not respond to my touch. it is really annoying. I have set up the touch response a few times. I touch on what i want to open, it will even highlight but it will not respond.

and I think the last problem i have is with the blue tooth ear piece. It will connect no problem. But it will not bring up the voice "Please say a command" unless i turn off the phone and restart it.

There is a bug in the software.  Move the images you wish to use to the phone's internal memory and reassign them to your desired wallpapers.  They will NEVER default after that.

regarding the touchscreen, did you try to callobrate it?  try low sensitivity.

as for the bluetooth, the voice command will not come up for me if i have a new unread text message/e-mail/missed call.

if that is not the issue, try pressing on the mic button, and if you hear, "please say a command", then your problem is with the blue tooth device - if not, then the phone is the issue. - also try charging your bluetooth device first...
