I've had my Reality since about late July-early August and the touch screen worked fine. Now about a month ago, when I go to press a button on the screen, it presses the button to the left of it. Like, if I pressed the Menu button it would select either the Messages or Contacts, and if I touch it while the keyboard is out, it'll do the same thing. Also, the phone has accidentally been dropped a few times. I've also tried to recalibrate it and the little circle won't move at all. The

try taking it in soon, as the phone is still under the 1-year warranty (but certainly don't mention that you dropped it).

I will try but the problem is that despite the fact that I have my own number, the phone is under mom's name and she's the one that pays the bill. I hope they don't charge her/me because it's an upgrade.  Embarrassed

If Verizon insists to you that it has to be your Mom that discusses any warranty-related problems with the phone, then maybe it might be necessary to have her make you a FAC -- Full Access Contact. It means that you have nearly all the same accountholder rights that she does.
