Someone on another forum posted that Samsung reps and reps at resellers in her area advised her that the u370 is no longer being made.
In my area, some Target and Walmarts have been the places most likely to still have a u370 for purchase. Other places that in the past have sold the u370 are Frys Electronics and I believe Best Buy.
A very reliable website called phonearena says that a model called the u380 will be released soon:
"

"
I work at a Verizon store and if I'm not mistaken, I believe it'll be called the Samsung Brightside [...]"
I googled that, and there's a Samsung Brightside listed on a current

To recap, the Samsung u370 is basically a reissue of the Samsung Reality.

The Samsung Reality and the Samsung SCH-U370 are in fact very similar devices and the main difference between these two phones is that the Samsung SCH-U370 is not Mobile Broadband Connect (no tethering) capable, also note that the SCH-U370 does not require a data plan. Please keep in mind that the Samsung Reality has been retired and is no longer available. Additionally, the Samsung SCH-U370 is only available from third party retailers and cannot be ordered from Verizon Wireless channels."
