Updating problems

I know there is an update for it. I've read it on the forums.
I have tried a few times to update it through my phone, but it always tells me there is no update available.

Then today, it pops up saying there is an update.
Says connecting, then just disappears and doesn't update.
I go through the software update through my phone again, does the same thing, it's checking gives me the hourglass, then it disappears.
Doesn't give me there is no update available message anymore.

Anyone know a fix for this?

Ok once again I get the message there is a update available...after about the 5% mark it says service unavailable..
